The Role

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Sales Administrator to support our busy and growing sales team. This is a varied and integral role within the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales operations across order processing, supplier coordination, and customer service in both UK and international markets.


Key Responsibilities

* Accurately process customer purchase orders and sales documentation
* Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and general administration
* Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone and email
* Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product data
* Raise purchase orders with suppliers and monitor delivery timelines
* Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners for order fulfilment
* Track order progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
* Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance
* Support export and international order processes where required
* Produce sales reports and provide general administrative support


Skills & Experience


Essential:


* Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and order processing
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
