An established and fast-paced fresh produce business in Colchester is looking to recruit a Lead Packing Operative to support its day-to-day production activities. This is a hands-on role team leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone experienced in food manufacturing who can guide a team while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
