Location: NW1 7AWSalary: £35,000 per annum, plus overtime paid at x1.5Working Pattern: 40hours per week – Monday- Friday, shifts will vary between 7.00am-15.00 or 8.00-16.00 depending on business needs, flexibility is essential Your key responsibilities will include:Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards Work closely with the Operations Manager to maximise sales at the relevant siteManaging team of 2, chef and barista/general assistant to provide daily service to 150-200 people onsite, this includes lunch service, light breakfast everyday, supporting the small café and small hospitality servicesCustomer service focused working alongside the front of house teams with a focus on responding promptly to customer and client feedback and make amendments to the operation where required.Set clear expectations to all staff regarding merchandising and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards.Responsible for Vacherin standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.Ideal Cafe Manager will :Have ideally come from contract Catering or Retail backgroundBe flexible and have great communication skillsHave good knowledge of health and safety and food hygieneWhat`s in it for you?Working with Vacherin has its perks!
