About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer to join our team and play a key role in the full end-to-end bid writing process. In this role, you'll craft compelling content that supports the submission of award-winning bids.
Working into the Tenders and Business Development Manager to develop first class content and responses for tenders we pursue, helping us secure new opportunities and drive growth.
Some of the key areas of responsibility within this role are:
* Craft compelling, high-quality bid content by translating complex technical and commercial information into clear, persuasive narratives that reflect our commitment to integrity and excellence.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure responses are accurate, aligned, and tailored to client needs, bringing the value of collaboration to every stage of the bid process.
* Adapt quickly and effectively to changing bid requirements and timelines, demonstrating agility in managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
* Continuously improve our bid library and content by capturing lessons learned and seeking innovative ways to enhance future submissions, driven by curiosity and a desire to grow.
* Support the full bid lifecycle with meticulous coordination, document management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring every submission is timely, compliant, and built on a foundation of trust and integrity.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Proven experience and delivery of complex bids and proposals.
* Ability to write clearly and persuasively, adjusting tone and language for different audiences.
* To be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to build excellent working relationships across an variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Be comfortable working outside of rigid frameworks in an owner led organisation, navigating through changing priorities.
* Demonstrate the ability to quickly absorb and apply knowledge of our products and services.
* Ideally, you will have or be working towards an APMP qualification with knowledge of bid evaluation, public procurement themes and experience in regulated or tech-led environments.
