Responsibilities
* Cover Sussex, Surrey and occasional London work (3‑4 days per month)
* Provide service, maintenance and installation (≈50% install) of air‑conditioning equipment
* Work mainly on splits and multi‑splits with additional VRV and VRF work
* Serve both high‑end residential and some commercial properties
Qualifications & Experience
* Resident of or within travel distance to Horsham, West Sussex/Surrey
* Experience in maintenance and installation of air‑conditioning equipment, including splits and multi‑splits
* F Gas certificate compulsory; NVQ Level 2 in air‑conditioning beneficial
* Residential installation experience a significant advantage
Compensation & Benefits
* £40,000 – £43,000 basic salary
* Door‑to‑door travel pay
* No on‑call rota; overtime available where needed
* Company vehicle, phone, uniform, fuel card and further manufacturer training provided
