Here at Shropshire Community Leisure Trust, our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team, and we are looking to recruit for a Senior Lifeguard to join our leisure centres in a range of contracted hours.
As the Senior Lifeguard, you will work within the centre ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care. You will report to the Duty Manager and, in the Duty Manager’s absence, you will be managing the facility and ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard. You will also supervise specific activities, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and assist with the safe handling and setup of equipment. You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team, and you will receive training and development opportunities and benefits including free leisure access and other discounts.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
