Axcis Education is seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEND Teacher to join a team of specialist staff to support young learners with SEND. This position, based in Trafford, presents an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and emotional regulation support to autistic children and young people. As a Qualified Teacher, you will lead the class team to ensure effective teaching and learning, employing autism-specific pedagogies. This role requires a commitment to fostering individual progress, setting clear objectives, and utilising assessment data to inform tailored lesson plans. The successful candidate will collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to create a supportive and challenging curriculum, ensuring all pupils achieve their potential. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:00, term time only with pay rates from £180 a day. The role is temporary with a view to be longer term for the right candidate. You must have QTS and a minimum of 2 years in SEN education that we are able to reference.
