Sous Chef Role
This role involves taking ownership of a section within the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect refined British dining.
You will collaborate closely with the Executive Head Chef, crafting contemporary plates inspired by classical roots and the freshest ingredients from our gardens. This is an opportunity to shape a menu that celebrates British produce, surprises guests, and evolves with a visionary team.
Key responsibilities include mentoring junior chefs, contributing to a supportive and inclusive brigade culture, and ensuring excellent time management and leadership skills.
* A solid background in a professional kitchen at rosette level or higher
* Passion for produce, plate presentation, and provenance
* Ability to innovate while respecting classical techniques
