We have an exciting opportunity for two Triage and Early Interventions Officers to join the Staffordshire Victim Gateway team, working 37.5 hours a week. We are looking for driven individuals, able to deliver a fast‑paced, high‑quality service to victims of crime. The role will be responsible for the ‘front door’ of the service; immediate need, risk assessment and safeguarding are at the forefront of every contact. You will answer the public helpline, assess needs and enable onward referral to specialist services, where necessary.

About The Role
This role is based in our Stoke office where you will be working on a rota basis alongside a small team of TEIOs.

* Ensure safeguarding referrals and access to emergency/crisis services
