Job Description:
You would be responsible for ensuring that the sales invoice process runs smoothly. This includes data entry and administration of financial information such as invoices, revenue products, client details, and checking and resolving variances and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients
2. Maintain accurate records of clients within accounting and CRM systems and of all documents sent to clients
3. Handle invoice amendments, reissues, and cancellations as applicable
4. Keep revenue products updated in the system
5. Assist and guide sales and marketing teams to ensure correct entry of contracts and sales orders
6. Maintain good relationships with internal teams and clients
7. Update Line Managers on debtor and unbilled issues
8. Provide general support and administration to the wider team
Additional Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
1. Highly numerate
2. Excellent communication skills, both written English and verbal
3. Thorough, detailed, and methodical
4. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
