We are seeking a Head of Business to join our Volkswagen Group division and manage our Weston Super Mare dealership. This role will see you lead the day to day operations across the site, including full accountability for dealership financial performance and line management of the dealership leadership teams. Reporting to the Group Operations Director, this role is offered on a full time, permanent basis, and provides the right candidate a chance to join a successful group with high employee engagement.
A proven track record in the automotive industry, ideally as a Head of Business or General Manager, will be required. You will bring exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, driving high team performance and fostering a motivated, results driven culture. With a professional and composed approach, you will confidently engage with stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and business growth. Your strong financial acumen and experience in managing management accounts will be key to delivering outstanding results. While manufacturer experience is beneficial, your passion for leadership, strategic mindset, and ability to develop high performing teams are what truly set you apart.
