Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Psychology and Sociology to Year 10 and Year 12 students. Plan and deliver schemes of work that promote independent learning, analysis, and debate. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support achievement. Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Requirements: Qualified teacher status (QTS/PGCE) or equivalent. Experience teaching Psychology and Sociology at KS4 and KS5. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
