The Role Job Title: Regional Support Services Manager Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Do you have what it takes to lead a team, to make a difference, and inspire others? If you do, then we have just the role for you We are recruiting for a Regional Support Services Manager to manage and lead our Homelessness and Mental Health Support Services. As a Regional Support Services Manager you will coordinate, develop and supervise the work of the teams across our mental health support services throughout Derbyshire, ensuring good practice in the support of people using our services. You will take overall responsibility for coordinating outcomes information and providing monthly operations reports to the Head of Support and Community Services. You will ensure that services are delivered in line with contract and funder requirements including monitoring KPIs and output targets, whilst maintaining positive relationships with funders. You will also develop and maintain a strategic awareness of the commissioning environment in the area.
