A successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide additional support to a KS1 child with special educational needs, whilst working in a highly supportive and rewarding environment. This learning support assistant requires a successful candidate to be resilient as well as have experience handling difficult behaviour, due to the nature of being a learning assistant.
