A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Preparation & Maintenance Admin Assistant at our Vehicle Preparation Department at Whiffler Road in Norwich.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who has great attention to detail, is organised and has a positive attitude. Excellent communication and administration skills are also crucial to this role.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Organising new and used vehicle mechanical and cosmetic preparation for stock and sale.
* Organising photography of all used vehicles.
* Assisting in organising re-cleaning of new & used vehicles.
* Assisting in organising the team of Technicians and Valeters.
* Assisting in organising group wide maintenance and general projects.
* General office duties.
* Preparing costings for prep work.
* Ensuring all invoicing is kept up to date.
* Assisting in organising the setup and clear down of marketing events
* Assisting and organising the movement of vehicles locally and around the country
* Assisting in the receipt of vehicle deliveries, both new and used
