Our client is looking to recruit Store Persons FLT to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties
1. Ensure goods are receipted quickly and accurately, highlighting any discrepancies.
2. Select customer orders and prepare them for dispatch.
3. Organise safe storage and transportation of goods, adhering to industry and company guidelines.
4. Assist with pre-picking goods to support busy workshop facilities.
5. Monitor and control stock, trends, and shortages to maximise productivity.
6. Dispose of packaging waste in line with company policy.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Vehicle parts experience preferred but not essential.
* Manual handling of goods.
* Good work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Computer literate.
* Licensed counterbalance forklift driver.
All training is provided.
Salary & Benefits
£25,000 - £29,000 (salary to be negotiated based on experience).
21 days holiday plus bank holidays, extending to 22 after 5 years of service.
