Your NewpanyA large Architectural Practice with offices across England is seeking a talented Architect (1–3 years’ post‑qualification experience) to join its expanding team. Your New RoleAs an Architect, you will take an active role in delivering projects from concept topletion. You will work closely with Directors, internal teams, consultants, and clients, while gradually taking ownership of job‑running responsibilities with appropriate support.Key Responsibilities Include:• Producing high‑quality drawings, models, and technical documentation
• Supporting concept design, planning submissions, and technical delivery
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (with Director support initially)
• Carrying out site visits and representing the practice at meetings
• Liaising directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
• Reviewing and coordinating technical information forpliance and quality
• Working within Revit, AutoCAD, and project databases/workspaces
• Contributing to mixed‑use,mercial, retail, and logistics projects
• Supporting footprinting work — ideally with experience in retail layouts or car park‑related schemes
• Building strong client relationships and demonstrating confidence in client‑facing settings (with Director support)
What You’ll Need to Succeed• Architect with a minimum of 1 year post‑qualification experience (ARB registered or working towards)
• Strong Revit skills (to a high standard)
• AutoCAD skills (mediumpetency)
• Footprinting/layout planning experience — ideally retail or car‑parking‑related
• Experience running elements of projects or full projects (with initial Director support)
• Technical understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Client‑facing experience and confidence
• Experience working within UK architectural practices
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong Workspace/Database management skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to take on significant mixed‑use project responsibilities
• Excellentmunication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
