The Optical Express Group is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead Generator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, lead generation funnels, and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement lead generation campaigns across digital platforms
* Create and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and content offers to capture leads
* Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
* Use SEO and content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and lead conversion
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals
* Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and lead quality
* Maintain and update CRM systems with lead data and ensure proper lead nurturing workflows
* A/B test creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation (2+ years preferred)
* Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or Salesforce
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Skills
* Experience in B2C or B2B lead generation
* Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation
* Understanding of customer journey mapping and funnel optimization
