Role Overview
We are seeking an Aftersales Administrator to ensure excellent service for our homeowners. You will be the primary contact for both new and existing owners, providing support and resolving their needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct pre-delivery inspections on holiday homes
* Provide aftersales service to owners
* Manage reporting, processing, and ensure timely completion of jobs
* Coordinate with manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams to meet customer expectations
* Utilize internal systems for logging jobs and checking accounts
* Maintain communication with owners regarding job progress and updates
Skills and Qualities
