Chase Design Group is a strategically driven creative agency with offices in Los Angeles, Bristol UK and New York. Each member of the Chase team is able to perform multiple functions when required. Chase Design Group is currently seeking an outgoing, organized, and versatile individual to join the Bristol, UK office. As part of the UK team, this person will handle the day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks for the studio.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with 2+ years' experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; tactful, effective interpersonal interactions and an attention to detail and organization will be key success factors for this position. The position is required to be in the office at least 4 days per week, preferably 5 days per week.
An appreciation for all things creative, an eye on trend and pop culture and a desire to learn and grow in the creative field will expand the opportunities for this candidate to succeed at Chase.
Studio Manager
* Daily routines such as opening and closing the studio
* Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages
* Greeting visitors, meeting attendees, etc
* Accepting deliveries, checking incoming mail & posting outgoing global mail/ parcels
* Leading office clean-up/ reorganization efforts
* Maintenance of the kitchen area (coffee maker, refrigerator, dishes, counters)
* Maintenance & tidying of the kitchen, studio, production, storage & conference rooms areas
* Ordering groceries and office supplies
* Filing and record keeping
* Maintaining meeting and conference set-ups
* Managing support staff (repairs, cleaning service, building management, etc.)
* Liaising with building management
* Lifting, moving and construction of furniture & studio items (desks, computers, etc.)
* Ensuring overall smooth daily function and an orderly office
Administrative
* Managing supplier account info
* Organizing and booking travel
* Office credit card expense reports
* Managing and tracking staff annual leave and freelance recourse bookings /availabilities
* Planning and managing monthly lottery & biannual office outings
* Support with recruitment when necessary (filing, acknowledgement emails ,etc.)
* Other administrative duties as needed
