As a Business Systems Manager, you will take ownership of the company's business systems, including Production, Dispatch, and Warehouse Management Systems. You will manage a team, collaborating effectively with departments to ensure the successful delivery of operations, and ensuring that business systems are functioning well and being effectively used across all departments.
* Take responsibility for the company's core business systems, including administration, maintenance, and development.
* Work closely with the IT team to provide supervision and support, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
* Maintain and develop relationships with external partners.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operation of business systems.
* Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of business systems.
* Work with the IT service team to ensure live production systems are operational.
* Take ownership of developing and implementing processes, policies, and best practices related to systems within the Taiko estate.
* Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of technology and business processes by identifying opportunities and implementing changes.
* Maintain good working relationships with departments and technical partners, including project and IT service delivery teams.
