Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero as needed
* Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
* Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity
Qualifications
* Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
* Previous clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory
