Health & Safety Wellbeing Administrator
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate - £13.57 P/h - Weekly Pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (Some Flexibility Available)
Fully Office-Based

We are recruiting on behalf of our public sector client, NHS Blood and Transport, for a Health & Safety Wellbeing Administrator to join their Manchester-based team on a temporary 3-month assignment. This role is to cover staff absence and will not be extended beyond the initial contract period.

This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the packing and labelling of goods, including vaccines, for the transport department/couriers
2. Manual handling tasks
3. Providing general administrative support including managing emails, working with Excel, and using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (training provided)
4. Handling documents: archiving, scanning, organising paperwork, shredding, and maintaining office storage areas
5. Performing light data input
6. Completing ad hoc housekeeping duties such as defrosting the office freezer
7. Monitoring and managing shared inboxes

The ideal candidate will:

8. Be self-motivated and able to use their own initiative
9. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
10. Have a flexible, hands-on approach to a range of tasks
