Responsibilities:
Client Management
• Identifies new business opportunities or growth opportunities with existing clients
• Identifies client issues ahead of time to ensure changes are made to deliver and exceed client expectations
• Ability to identify new business opportunities for the wider Havas village
• Manages client fee phasing to ensure profitability
Media and Influencer Relations
• Manages lower level media and client issues
• Knows when to escalate any client / media issues to the relevant team members
• Helps drive the influencer proposition across clients - current and new
• Develops and cultivates a wide range of relationships across mainstream and specialist media relevant to client base
• Cultivates strong relationships with social influencers relevant to client base
• Develops high quality key messages, media releases, Q&As, prepared remarks, stand-by statements and other materials, including research, writing, editing, collating and distributing through relevant news and social media channels/
Digital and Social
• Cross sells other parts of the Havas business to support beyond Red Havas capabilities to grow out the client further
• Works with the social and content divisions to develop best-in-class social and digital strategies for clients
Event Management
• Plans and implements events driving the team to deliver strong events
• Provides quality control, issues management and hands on support at the event, and professionally interact with clients, stakeholders and guests
• Has built connections within the event space with relevant third party suppliers
Planning and Strategy
• Is able to demonstrate and lead creds decks for clients and new biz prospects
• Establishes and agrees clear KPIs for every piece of work with the client and owning the delivery
• Demonstrate clear strategic thinking in your day-to-day work across
• Quality work with effective outcomes, exceptional client feedback, and a sense of evolution of the work in line with strategy
New Business
• Leads new business opportunities from brief taking and plan preparation to presentation for opportunities under £75k
• Supports senior leaders on new business opportunities in excess of £75k
• Knows when to call in relevant team expertise for new business opportunities
• Represents their team and the company at key external marketing events, to support new business initiatives and to recruit top talent
• Actively seeks out opportunities across the Havas Village, PR industry and from within their own network
• Presents confidently at pitch meetings and tissue sessions as required
• Proactively recommends additional projects to existing clients
