This is a remote position for the North West, with the occasional travel to the West Midlands. Business Development Manager We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our external sales team. Your main goal will be to win new business and grow relationships with existing clients. While experience in freight forwarding is a plus, it’s not essential — if you have strong B2B sales skills and love building relationships, we’d like to hear from you. What You’ll Do * Find and win new business (air, sea, and road freight). * Build and manage a pipeline of leads using different methods. * Grow long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business. * Work with operations teams to make sure clients have a smooth onboarding experience. * Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. * Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions. * Hit or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
