Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk in our Fareham office. This is a part time position Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves
* Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
* Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
* Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
* Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
* Address Tenant Queries: Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings.
* Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements.
