Client Service Executive - Ipswich
Our client is looking for a Client Service Executive for their New Business team in Ipswich, Suffolk. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is eager to learn with a good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Weekly Adviser diary check (to ensure all presentation meetings are logged correctly).
2. Meet/communicate with Advisers as required to obtain regular updates for all in-progress work
3. Prepare presentation packs.
4. Welcome calls/emails – Calling new clients to let them know funds have reached their account and to advise of the SJP App etc.
5. Data cleanse (Household and Segments)
6. Ad hoc Client letters (mail merge)
7. Register of Deaths.
8. Write Suitability letters.
9. New Business Submissions.
10. Stock transfers.
11. Deed of Assignments.
12. Chase pipeline business (with providers and clients)
13. Check Business Manager for missed applications
14. Change of client details
15. Client withdrawals.
16. Client transfers (from one Adviser to another)
17. Create a Prospect on Salesforce/update as necessary
18. Booking client Annual review meetings
19. Support other roles when needed.
