Retail store assistant (with keyholder responsibility)
£12.21 per hour plus benefits
Reports to: Shop manager
Department: Trading
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 6 – Sundays only
Location: Widnes Shop

Role overview: We’re looking for a motivated retail assistant to join our trading team, acting as an ambassador and taking responsibility for the shop on Sundays.
Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the shop on Sundays, including keyholder responsibilities and supporting volunteers.
* Assisting in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
* Processing donated goods and stock.
* Generating new income ideas with guidance.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Maintaining shop standards on safeguarding, compliance, and health & safety.
Candidate requirements:
* Knowledge of excellent customer service.
* Experience in lively environments.
* Adaptability and teamwork skills.
* Commercial awareness.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis.
