Senior Technical Program Manager
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for our Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Engineering organization. This high‑impact role reports directly to the AVP of Engineering, Video & Access Control and is a strategic partner to engineering leadership.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs spanning hardware, embedded software, cloud, and mobile teams.
* Work closely with the AVP of Engineering and Product Management to translate business strategy into actionable technical milestones and execution plans.
* Identify and mitigate technical bottlenecks, resource constraints and cross‑functional dependencies.
* Participate in architectural discussions and technical problem solving, helping teams trade‑off scope, schedule and technical debt.
* Provide transparent, data‑driven updates to executive leadership; act as single source of truth for program health, budget and timelines.
* Continuously improve the VS&A engineering execution model, implementing best practices for Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
Qualifications
* Experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership within a product development environment.
* Proven track record in Physical Security (VMS/ACS), IoT, Embedded Systems, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) or AI/Video Analytics.
* Experience working with executive‑level leadership (VP/AVP) to align engineering output with business goals.
* Expert knowledge of SDLC and hardware development cycles; ability to deliver in fast‑paced, global organization.
* Exceptional communication skills: able to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and vice‑versa.
