We're looking for a dependable and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts Manager for a few hours each week. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, independent work and is looking for a small, steady part-time role.
We're a small family business on Eastways Ind Estate in Witham, just off the A12.
You'll be responsible for raising invoices for printer click charges and following up with clients for meter readings. Accuracy, reliability, and good time management are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and send invoices for printer click charges.
* Request and log printer meter readings from clients.
* Provide light administrative support to the Accounts Manager.
* Ensure timely and professional communication via email or phone.
