GSL Education are searching for a reliable and caring Teaching Assistant to join schools in Doncaster, covering the DN2 and DN6 areas. The Teaching Assistant (TA) will work closely with teachers to provide in-class support, helping students stay engaged and make progress in their learning. Main Duties: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students. Assist with preparing and adapting classroom resources. Encourage positive behaviour and active participation. Support pupils with additional learning needs where required. Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times. Essential Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting as Teaching Assistant. Patient, supportive, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). What’s in It for You?
