What You'll Be Doing
* Take responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts, reviewing work and ensuring quality
* Prepare statutory financial statements for various companies and organisations
* Manage corporation tax returns and personal tax compliance work
* Handle sole trader and partnership accounts, including tax filings
* Work with cloud accounting platforms, providing digital solutions to clients
* Guide, coach, and develop junior staff members
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value
* Support senior management with business development
* Take ownership of budgeting, billing, and recovery for assigned clients
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* ACA or ACCA qualified with minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience
* Solid accountancy practice background with strong technical knowledge
* Understanding of UK accounting standards and corporate tax requirements
* Hands-on experience with cloud accounting systems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
* Exposure to personal tax work
* People management experience
