We are recruiting for a Head of Quality to join our manufacturing leadership team based at our head office site in Barton-upon-Humber. This role requires regular travel across our five UK manufacturing sites and occasional international travel. As Head of Quality, you will lead our quality strategy, ensuring products meet the highest standards of excellence and compliance. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, strengthen quality systems, and provide strong leadership to maintain consistency and support production teams across all operations. Main responsibilities: Lead and develop the Quality Department to ensure all products meet company and customer expectations. Lead the Quality function across all manufacturing sites, ensuring products meet company, regulatory, and customer standards. Oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), driving compliance with ISO standards and business requirements. Monitor quality performance across all sites, identify trends, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, and Buying teams to drive right-first-time manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide visible leadership across all manufacturing sites, supporting teams through site visits, training, audits, and performance reviews. Undertake regular travel across our five UK manufacturing sites and occasional international trips to visit suppliers, attend industry expos, and explore emerging technologies and best practices. In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System(IMS)Responsibilities document. About You Desired skills & knowledge: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in a senior quality role within manufacturing. Solid understanding of ISO 9001, compliance, and auditing standards.
