As our People Services Coordinator, you’ll support our nationwide People function and provide high‑quality advice across People & Culture Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Capability. You’ll be the go‑to person for queries from our teams across Aotearoa making a real impact every day in a role full of variety, purpose, and connection.
What we will do:
1. Provide timely, practical first‑level advice to managers and employees
2. Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, check‑ins, learning records, and exits
3. Prepare employment agreements, variations, and other key documentation
4. Maintain accurate records, templates, registers, and knowledge articles
5. Coordinate recruitment and learning activities across Aotearoa
6. Champion our values: One Team One Direction, Hungry for Better, Do What’s Right, We Care
7. Contribute to continuous improvement across processes, systems, and service delivery within our new Shared Services model
Our ideal candidate:
8. 1–3 years’ experience in HR, people support, or administration
9. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
10. Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities
11. Confidence working with HR systems and digital platforms
12. Knowledge of NZ employment practices
13. A proactive, adaptable, confidential, and customer‑focused approach
