Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain a professional administrative service to the TYA Cancer services and all its patients, relatives and colleagues.
- Provide support work in coordinating and delivering internal and external events and activities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the TYA team, including managing appointments, clinic bookings, referrals and patient communications.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, prepare clinic materials and ensure diagnostics and documentation are available in advance of appointments.
- Liaise with patients, clinical staff and external services to support care delivery, while monitoring inboxes and prioritising queries.
- Follow procedures, maintain data quality and contribute to service improvement.
- Support operational tasks, environment upkeep, events and promotional activities, alongside general administrative responsibilities.
