Agricultural Engineer Agricultural Engineer - Worcestershire - £37,000 - £45,000 Tools Benefits The Job This role involves working for a specialist service and repair provider supporting self-propelled agricultural spraying equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Key duties include: - Fault finding and repair of advanced agricultural machinery systems - Routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure reliable performance - Pre-season inspections and post-season overhauls - Completion of accurate service reports, job cards, and documentation - Providing technical guidance and on site support to customers when required - Working occasional overtime during peak periods and covering approximately one weekend per month on a rota basis The Candidate: - Strong fault finding and problem solving skills - Methodical and logical approach to diagnostics and repair - Good communication skills for both customers and colleagues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work - Experience with agricultural or heavy mobile machinery - Welding and fabrication skills would be an advantage The Package: - Salary £37,000 – £45,000 per annum DOE - Fully equipped service vehicle provided - All specialist tools supplied - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Company pension scheme - 25 days annual holiday entitlement Please email your CV to Charlotte Powell, Senior Recruitment Delivery Consultant, CPowell@agriRS.co.uk.
