Role & Responsibilities:
* Generate impactful PR and media coverage through activity
including press releases, award submissions and effective relationship
management with key contacts, including journalists for Philema hospitality.
This is across all our hotels, spas and our skincare range.
* Manage the press office, media database and monitoring service,
and respond quickly and effectively to all media enquiries
* Build excellent internal and external relationships with
colleagues, journalists, social media influencers and third parties.
* Meet and greet journalist and influencer during their stay to
enhance their experience.
* Help to produce engaging and high-quality targeted,
audience-focused marketing campaigns across a range of communication channels.
* Ensure brand guidelines are followed.
* Work with marketing manager to create marketing campaigns and
plans inline with company objectives.
* Support the marketing team to create engaging blog content and
other copy needed throughout the company.
* Support the marketing team to deliver a range of social content
in line with company policies, ensuring all content is on brand and in the
correct tone. Ensuring that content is delivered across all channels.
* Pro-actively creating ideas proposals in line with popular
industry themes, in order to support the sales and marketing team in generating
new business.
