As we open new clubs across London and expand nationwide, we're looking for a commercially driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to shape the future of our brand collaborations and sponsorship strategy.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced
Sales & Partnerships Manager
to lead our efforts in identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact brand partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations across the wellness, lifestyle, fitness, and sports sectors.
You'll play a key role in generating commercial value, building long-term brand relationships, and ensuring all partners are seamlessly integrated into the Padel Social Club experience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Sponsorship Partnerships
* Identify and secure new brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators aligned with our ethos and audience.
* Create and deliver compelling partnership proposals tailored to prospective partners.
* Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and sponsorship packages that deliver mutual value.
* Manage a growing pipeline of prospects across wellness, fitness, fashion, sport, and lifestyle brands.
* Own and deliver against partnership revenue targets.
Account Management & Relationship Development
* Serve as the main point of contact for partner brands, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication.
* Manage partner rights, activations, and contractual deliverables.
* Cultivate long-term relationships, deepening engagement and identifying upsell opportunities.
* Track and report on performance metrics, ROI, and overall satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Take full ownership of outbound prospecting and sales pipelines.
* Close deals that support long-term revenue growth and brand alignment.
* Collaborate with leadership on commercial growth strategy and innovative monetisation opportunities.
Internal Collaboration & Execution
* Partner with the Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth partnership activations.
* Provide commercial insights on event sponsorships, brand campaigns, and supplier opportunities.
* Maintain an up-to-date internal database of all partner activity and pipeline.
Commercial Innovation & Market Insights
* Monitor industry trends in sport, wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality.
* Keep tabs on competitors and evolving brand partnership models.
* Identify and pursue non-traditional revenue opportunities through co-branded campaigns, influencer collaborations, or limited-edition experiences.
What We're Looking For
* 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, account management, or strategic collaborations.
* A strong network or knowledge of brands in fitness, wellness, fashion, culture, or luxury lifestyle.
* Proven track record of negotiating high-value commercial deals and hitting revenue targets.
* Strategic thinker with creative instincts for brand activations and co-marketing ideas.
* Excellent communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a cross-functional team.
* Up-to-date with cultural trends in sport, entertainment, fashion, and social media.
* Passion for community-building, wellbeing, and growing a movement.
