Tenet is hiring Senior UI/UX Designer who can merge creativity with data-driven design thinking. You’ll take full ownership of crafting product experiences that are visually appealing, functional, and performance-focused. From user research to prototyping and final delivery, you’ll ensure every interface is built for clarity, consistency, and conversion.
This role requires strong technical understanding of design systems, responsive design principles, accessibility, and cross-platform behaviour. You’ll collaborate with developers, strategists, and marketers to bring ideas to life with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design end-to-end digital experiences — from research, personas, and wireframes to interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UIs.
* Build and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components and atomic structure.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design assumptions.
* Translate product requirements into flows, journeys, and interactions that improve user experience and retention.
* Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless design-to-code handoff using Figma Inspect, Zeplin, or design tokens.
* Implement responsive and adaptive design that performs well across devices and browsers.
* Collaborate with content and marketing teams to design conversion-optimized landing pages.
* Use analytics and heatmaps (Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel) to track design performance and make data-backed design improvements.
* Ensure every design follows WCAG accessibility standards and modern UI frameworks.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
* 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, or SaaS products.
* Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
* Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals for developer collaboration.
* Experience working with Design Systems, Auto Layout, and Component Variants in Figma.
* Knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions, motion principles, and modern UI libraries.
* Strong understanding of information hierarchy, color psychology, and typography balance.
* Ability to work on complex dashboards, enterprise apps, and responsive web interfaces.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
