* A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential – we provide training and development for the right candidate.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff.
* Empathy and understanding of the diverse needs of students and teachers.
* The ability to work confidently 1:1 and manage small group interactions effectively.
* High emotional intelligence and a willingness to learn and adapt as part of your daily duties.

Why Join Us?

At Wotton House International School, we pride ourselves on being a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. You’ll not only contribute to the academic and personal growth of our students but also grow and develop as a professional.

We encourage early applications, as we will interview strong candidates as soon as possible. Please note that, as the school is entering the summer holidays, our response times may be slightly slower than usual — we appreciate your understanding if members of the team are away.

Join us and become a valued part of a team committed to transforming lives through education.
