Job Title: Early Years Practitioner – Teatime / After School Provision Salary: £26,824 - £29,540 pro rata (actual salary: £8316 - £9158) Part time, 13.75 hours per week, term time only. Monday - Friday ‘teatime’ sessions: 3:15pm - 6:00pm Permanent Do you have a passion for supporting young children and creating a safe, happy environment for them to thrive? We’re looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team and help make our teatime and after-school provision a fantastic experience for children aged 2–5 years. What you’ll do: Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities in a nurturing setting. Help children settle into routines and feel confident and secure. Plan, prepare, and adapt engaging activities that support early development. Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence in a caring, consistent way. Interact warmly with children, inspiring them to join in and enjoy every activity. Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure our teatime provision runs smoothly.
