Job Title: Homelessness Prevention Officer, Stockport
Stockport Homes Group is currently recruiting for a Homelessness Prevention Officer to deliver excellent housing options and advice services.
A key part of this role involves providing advice and assistance to individuals in housing need, with a primary focus on preventing homelessness and exploring alternative accommodation options.
Candidate Requirements:
* Demonstrates a passion and ability to deliver high-quality customer service
* Works positively within a team environment
* Possesses experience or strong knowledge of housing options and homelessness prevention tools
* Listens actively and demonstrates empathy towards customers
