We are looking for a caring and responsible Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team! We are seeking an enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to help ensure our children have a happy and safe lunchtime experience - both in the dining hall and during playground activities. Key responsibilities: • Supervising children in the dining hall, classrooms and playgrounds during lunchtime breaks. • Encouraging good behaviour and helping children with any concerns/conflicts. • Supporting children in developing social skills and positive play. • Administering basic first aid when required (training will be provided). • Ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils during lunchtime. Ideal candidate: • Enjoy being around children and have an interest in developing children's play in the playground. • Kind, caring and understanding of children's needs. • Able to work as part of a team to ensure a happy and healthy lunchtime experience for all pupils. • Are flexible, adaptable and able to work where the need is greatest, whether in the lunch hall, classroom or playground. • Able to use own initiative to ensure a safe, calm and enjoyable environment.
