At Teva Runcorn, we develop, manufacture and market innovative and affordable medicines, specialising in sterile liquid products mainly used for treating respiratory conditions using Blow-Fill-Seal technology as well as injectable Combination Products such as our MS treatment Copaxone.
A Day In The Life Of An Associate Director Supply Chain Planning
To agree, schedule and lead E2E planning of Sterile operations, driving planning excellence and ensure high adherence results for demand, production and supply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supply of materials and packaging components to meet manufacturing and packing plans, while ensuring optimal inventory management
2. Artwork variations in line with market requirements
3. Lead creation of optimal E2E plans from customer demand thru packaging and production plans and associated MRP
4. Release and shipping plans from Runcorn to deliver OTIF and CSL performance from the site to market customer.
Who We Are Looking For
Do You Have?
5. Ideally a degree qualification in a business/supply chain field, or has through long term proven experience in planning.
6. Relevant leadership experience in a production environment preferably pharmaceutical, chemical or food environment.
7. Experience in managing large scale change and Continuous Improvement initiatives through people
8. Good understanding of Business, S&OP, Production Scheduling.
9. Significant experience using SAP/APO
10. Understanding of total business operations, supply chain architecture, including workflows of end to end Manufacturing.
11. Managing Risk Management – Business/EHS/Quality assessments and mitigation plans
