35 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
£24,000 per annum
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is experienced in payroll, invoicing, and general office administration, and who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage payroll accurately and on time
* Prepare and issue invoices; follow up on overdue payments
* Handle general office duties including filing, data entry, and email management
* Answer and make phone calls confidently and professionally
* Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50
* Provide administrative support to the wider team
Requirements
* Previous experience in an accounts, payroll, or office assistant role
* Confident telephone manner and excellent written and spoken English
* Computer literate with Sage 50 and MS Office skills
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
* Must live locally to Selsey
