We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Advisor to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support for our Salisbury based client on a part time basis (30 hours per week), until March 2027. Key Responsibilities: Deliver administrative support to the Executive Support function, including reception and switchboard services Provide dedicated executive support to a Director, ensuring efficient planning, organisation, and preparation Coordinate internal meetings and committees, including agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions Research, compile, and produce reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making Handle general administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, and post management Manage enquiries via phone and digital channels, directing them appropriately Maintain and manage data systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality About You: Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and discretion Proficient in administrative systems and Microsoft Office
