Join Our Team as a Clinical Capacity Lead!

Are you ready to make a difference? We’re thrilled to invite you to be part of our innovative NHS Talking Therapies service at Turning Point! Based in Wakefield, we specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate leader to enhance our waiting list and clinical capacity management.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure that we meet NHS Talking Therapy targets while focusing on efficient therapist scheduling and proactive waitlist management. Your leadership will help us remain responsive to the needs of our community, supporting individuals facing challenges like depression, anxiety, and phobias.


Your Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of key performance areas for the service.
* Manage therapist schedules to ensure optimal appointment availability.
* Proactively manage waitlists and clinical time utilization.
* Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
* Champion best practices and support the development of therapists.

We need a confident leader who excels in time management and prioritization. You should be a great communicator, ready to listen and support your colleagues while driving change and improvement. A solid understanding of data reporting and analysis is essential to help you identify trends and communicate your ideas effectively.
