We are seeking talented individuals to join our Corporate Client Advisor teams at Marsh. These roles could be based in any UK location. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Corporate Team as a Client Advisor. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in corporate or commercial insurance account handling, looking to join an established, market-leading insurance broker. Responsibilities include: Supporting Marsh Client Executives with placement strategies for insurance renewals and managing mid-term risk changes. Requesting and reviewing underwriting information for corporate clients and understanding their requirements. Preparing and submitting accurate market presentations and slips in collaboration with the Client Executives and the Placement Team. Using Marsh online trading systems to negotiate renewal terms with insurers. Collaborating with teams to prepare client reports for renewals. Producing and requesting insurer documentation. Reviewing indemnity and insurance clauses. Requirements: Experience in the full renewal process of corporate or large commercial Property and Casualty insurance programs. Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries. Good understanding of clients’ business issues, insurance programs, and service plans. Preferred qualities: Client-facing experience and dynamic personality. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly. Cert CII qualification, with progress towards ACII being desirable.
