Avery Healthcare is seeking a Client Liaison Manager for Cliftonville/Spencer House Care Home in Northampton to manage sales and marketing activities, drive revenue growth, and ensure the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department.
Job responsibilities
* Meet and exceed budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue.
* Ensure sales targets and Sales & Marketing deadlines are met and adhere to brand standards.
* Assist in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels.
* Manage and keep up to date the information on the pipeline of potential members, identifying when they are likely to become residents to maximise revenue.
* Develop new contacts and maintain regular, close relationships with all key care influencers.
About you
* Full UK and clean driving licence.
* Negotiation skills and effective interpersonal communication.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Ability to prioritise workload independently.
* Preferably have a background in a previous sales position.
Requirements
* DBS Disclosure check – the cost will be met by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
