Do you love working with young people and have the confidence to step into a classroom? We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Chelmsford.
What you'll be doing
* Supervising KS3 & KS4 classes when teachers are away
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons and keeping students on track
* Managing behaviour positively and confidently
* Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to every classroom
What we're looking for
* Confident, approachable, and adaptable individuals
* Great communication and classroom management skills
* Reliable with access to transport (you'll travel between schools)
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
